A household gloves production line converts liquid latex, nitrile or PVC compound into finished washing-up gloves and rubber cleaning gloves. The line runs as one continuous flow: former loading, former cleaning, coagulant dip, polymer dip, beading, multi-zone vulcanizing, leaching, stripping and packing.
Because every station sits on one synchronized chain conveyor, film thickness, cuff strength and surface finish stay repeatable from the first pair of the shift to the last. This line is designed, manufactured, factory-tested and commissioned in our own workshops by LONGKOU DEYI MACHINERY.

Multi-zone vulcanizing oven cures the film in graded temperature zones, controlling the strength vs. softness trade-off for consistent product quality.
Every station sits on one synchronized chain conveyor, ensuring film thickness, cuff strength and surface finish stay repeatable from the first pair to the last.
One platform serves both thin household SKUs and thick flock-lined SKUs without a second factory footprint. Switch between washing-up, flock-lined cleaning and nitrile SKUs by changing former pitch, compound and oven profile.
Line layout, utility schedule, foundation plan, installation supervision, commissioning and operator training are quoted and performed by the same manufacturer.
Synchronized chain speed and zone-controlled curing keep gram weight inside a narrow band, which is what keeps private-label buyers reordering.
Chain, hand formers, tanks, heating and drive components are supplied by the same factory that built your line, with the original design drawings on file.
